SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - March 10, 2015 - Virool, the world’s leading video distribution platform for marketers, today announces overseas expansion into the European market with the hire of Andy Chandler who will head up commercial operations in the UK. Chandler will drive forward the company’s advancement into the European market, where programmatic video advertising is being widely adopted by media planners and content creators.
Chandler brings more than 13 years of industry experience in digital advertising, working for key industry players that have redefined the way people in the UK consume media. He will be joining Virool as the UK Managing Director to spearhead the company’s global presence and expand operations within the European market.

Before joining Virool, Chandler spent three years as Director of Sales, UK at Tapjoy where he grew sales by seven-fold to a multi-million dollar business across Europe. Prior to his work at Tapjoy, Chandler held several key traditional and digital media sales roles across his career at Amazon, Sky Digital Media, Yahoo! and the Telegraph.
